Fees: 6-week group class = $90.00, 4-week group class = $60.00, Tracking = $110.00, Control Unleashed = $110.00. Full payment is due the first day of class, payable by cash or check. Private Lesson Flat Rate - $70.00 per hour. There are no discounts on private lessons. The Dog Den charges a handling fee of $40.00 for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

Refunds: Classes and Private Lessons are non-refundable after the start date of the class.

I recognize and agree that dogs may be extremely unpredictable and that The Dog Den, shall not be responsible for the acts of your dog or any of the other dogs in the class. Therefore, you agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of your dog before, during or after any class. I fully understand that attendance at dog obedience class is not without risk to myself, my dog's handler, my family, my guests, or my dog. I hereby waive and release The Dog Den, its owners, members, employees, contractors and agents from any and all liability and claims, arising out of or relating to the class, or any and all such liability or claims made by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to class. I understand fully that The Dog Den, shall not be liable and I hold The Dog Den, harmless and agree to indemnify The Dog Den, for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or animal, or to any property, however caused, which results from the training of my dog, including any negligence on the part of you or any other person accompanying you, and against all costs, reasonable attorney fees, expenses, and/or liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim, action or proceeding.
