Enrichment Program
Welcome to our Enrichment Program!
What is enrichment?
Enrichment can be simply summed up as meeting the animal’s needs - physical, mental, and emotional.
Our standard daycare program addresses some areas of enrichment. And our enrichment program will help to supplement daycare with additional opportunities to help meet the needs of each of our dogs - that is customized to each specific dog!

Our monthly enrichment program will consist of a different enrichment activity each week. We will be incorporating food enrichment, sensory enrichment, skill-building enrichment, and physical enrichment activities each month.
Tactile enrichment: From working on balance and strength, to new surfaces, strange objects, and fun obstacle courses this monthly enrichment activity is all about confidence building and body awareness!
Sensory enrichment: Sniffing out a scent, digging in a sandbox, finding hidden snacks. Your dog will be using their different senses each month!
Skill building enrichment: A new trick each month! We will be advancing the trick as your dog gets better and better. Learn something new or expand on something they may know already!
Physical enrichment: One on One time! Does your dog love tug? Pool time? Fetch? Snuggles? This week’s activity will be all about one-on-one time tailored to your dog’s favorite activities!
Food Enrichment (Licki mats, Kong's, etc.) will now be offered at all times for a price of just $10. So if you forget their lunch, want to give them an extra brain activity, or are working on settling in a crate we can add this activity on at any time! March 25th-19th: Pick your Adventure Week Take 2
Marble Art Project
We will put marbles, stencils, and paint into a large container and all our artists the freedom to create a one of kind Easter themed art project!
Be very, very quiet….because we are hunting rabbits!
Don’t worry, it’s a stuffed bunny but we will use real rabbit scent and rabbit treats to follow the trail to our rascally rabbit!
April 2024
April 1-5: School Yard Games
What’s more fun than Hide and Seek, Hopscotch, Tag and more? This week we will share the fun with your pups!
April 8-12: What can you do with a hula hoop?
During this activity, we will explore all the fun things we can do with a simple hula hoop. Over, under, around is just the start as we explore the fun of a hula hoop!
April 15-19: Trick of the Month: High Five!
April 18th is High Five Day and our dogs don’t want to miss out on celebrating this fun holiday. But first, we have to teach them how to do a High Five – and this week, we’ll do just that!
April 22-27: Choose Your Adventure
As we celebrate Earth Day, we have a couple of options.
Recyclables Sniffari: Searching through paper, bottles, cardboard, and other recyclable items, our dogs will sniff out and save the Earth!
OR
Garden Rock Art: each dog will decorate a rock that can be put in the garden to celebrate Earth Day all season long!
April 29 – May 3: DIY week
Food puzzles don’t always have to be bought. This week, we will explore ways to make our own food puzzles using items easily found around the house.

Membership Pricing: $15
Beginning in January 2024, our enrichment pricing will be simplified. Enrichment members pay a membership fee $15 per month billed monthly*. Membership give you a discounted rate on any activities, which are billed separately.
Members enjoy a 50% discounted rate off the drop-in price for the enrichment activities. These are billed at the time of service.
Space is limited so be sure to sign up today!
*Must be purchased in advance for the entire month. Automatic billing will for the membership fees will occur on the 1st of the month. Cancel anytime!
