The Dog Den will stay open as long as Madison roads are safe.
We will close if Madison Public Schools (MMSD) are closed.
We will notify our clients on our website and social media if we are closed due to weather.

The following applies to all locations - The Dog Den & The Puppy Den
*Half day rates are for 6:30am-12:30pm or 12:00pm-6:00pm
**5-day packages expire after 2 months
**10-day packages expire after 4 months,
**20-day packages expire after 6 months.
Early Drop Off: 6:00a-6:30a for an additional $5
Late Pick Up: 6:00pm-6:15pm for an additional $10
Anything after 6:15p will be charged $1 per minute.
Please Note
Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Coupons can not be redeemed for cash or credits. Reservations are required.
Packages do not secure a spot in daycare without a reservation.
Prepaid packages have expiration dates
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please understand that we have dogs waiting to come and play. If you do not cancel before the end of business the day before your reservation, we will bill you for a full day. We will be closed on all major holidays (New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) unless otherwise noted.
