Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Coupons can not be redeemed for cash or credits.

We have a 24 hour cancel policy. Please understand that we have dogs waiting to come and play. If you do not cancel 24 hours ahead of time, we will bill you for a full day. We will be closed on all major holidays unless otherwise noted.

Little Pookers is sad when she sees all of the other dogs going home and her parents are not there to pick her up! Please pick up your dog no later than 6:00pm. We charge a $1.00 per minute fee after closing unless you have let us know ahead of time you will need the late pick up - Before 6:30pm.
