As a Fear Free dog daycare in Madison, WI, our schedules and facility are intentionally structured to support calm, low-stress experiences for the dogs in our care. This means that lobby access, drop-off procedures, and tours are thoughtfully planned with dogs’ well-being as the priority.

Below you’ll find details on lobby hours for enrolled daycare clients, how tours work for prospective clients, and the best way to contact our team.

Lobby Hours (Current Daycare Clients)

Our lobby is open and staffed for enrolled daycare clients with a reservation for the day during the following times:

6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

During these staffed lobby hours, dogs may be dropped off or picked up at any time — no scheduled drop-off or pick-up appointments are required.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Outside Lobby Hours

Between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM, our doors remain locked so our team can focus fully on dog enrichment activities, meals, rest, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, Fear Free environment.

Clients are still welcome to drop off or pick up during this time. We simply ask that you call ahead, and a team member will meet you at the door.

Please note: Lobby hours are reserved for current daycare clients only. Tours and visits for prospective clients are scheduled separately by appointment.

Dog Daycare Tours (Prospective Clients)

In alignment with our Fear Free philosophy, we do not offer drop-in tours. Unscheduled visits can disrupt routines and introduce unfamiliar people into the space, which can be stressful for the dogs in our care.

We’re always happy to show you around! Dog daycare tours are offered by appointment only and are scheduled at times that are best for our dogs and team. In some cases, tours may take place after hours, when dogs are not present, as an additional way to help minimize fear and overstimulation.
