Riley brings energy, kindness, and a love for learning to her role at The Dog Den. As a Daycare Playgroup Leader and Training Class Assistant, Riley helps foster a safe, enriching environment where dogs can grow, play, and feel seen for exactly who they are.

Her training approach focuses on positive reinforcement and fear-free techniques, helping dogs feel confident, supported, and empowered in their learning. Since joining The Dog Den, Riley has developed a deep appreciation for animal behavior and a desire to continually grow her skills as a trainer.

What Riley loves most is getting to know each dog—and their humans—and hearing the stories that make them unique. Whether working the daycare floor or assisting in a training class, Riley is always looking for those little moments where connection happens.

She shares life with three beloved pups:

• Matilda, a spirited Min Pin mix,

• Macey, a lovable Terrier mix, and

• Baxter, a Doberman mix (apparently!) who brings big energy to the household.

Terriers, in particular, have Riley’s heart, and she proudly embraces the quirks, spunk, and stubborn charm that come with the breed.

On a typical day, you’ll find Riley encouraging healthy play in daycare, helping dogs navigate group dynamics, and keeping the space clean, safe, and welcoming. She’s a calming, positive presence who always celebrates each dog’s progress—no matter how big or small.

To the clients, Riley shares this simple message:
